AACE Rare Diseases and Hormone Disorders Webinar Series is pleased to present a women’s health webinar on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.  This webinar aims to raise awareness and equip clinicians with the knowledge to improve patient care and embrace a more nuanced, personalized understanding of women's endocrine health.

This disease was chosen due to its significant impact on women's health, complex hormonal underpinnings, and prevalence in clinical practice. It highlights unique endocrine challenges throughout different life stages, from reproductive years to postmenopausal periods, and demonstrate the intricate relationship between hormonal fluctuations and overall health. The webinar will illustrate how hormone variations fundamentally influence disease presentation, progression, and management.

Please Login to register for this webinar.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify key clinical indicators and appropriate screening protocols for polycystic ovary syndrome in women to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce care delays.

  1. Evaluate and implement evidence-based treatment options, including lifestyle, hormonal, and pharmacological interventions, to develop personalized and comprehensive management plans.

  1. Recognize the long-term health risks associated with polycystic ovary syndrome and describe preventive care strategies to mitigate these risks and optimize patient outcomes.
